Tariffs, Terms and Conditions

Lettings

Creagan is available for hire all year round. Minimum booking period is a week, from Saturday to Saturday, although this is negotiable in the low season. The property is ready from 4.00pm on Saturday and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.

Rates

The rates are from £200 - £380pw, inclusive of towels, bed linen and all electricity and heating costs, and depending on the season as shown below:

Bookings and Payment

Please check the availability of dates then contact us to make the booking. A deposit of £100 pw is payable by cheque with the balance of payment to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A telephone reservation will be held for 7 days pending receipt of the deposit. On receipt of the deposit the booking will be confirmed. Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival are payable in full.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a reservation for any reason, we must be notified by telephone immediately, with confirmation in writing within 5 days. In the event of cancellation we will make every effort to re-let the property and you will be reimbursed in full if we are successful. If we are unable to re-let cancellation costs will be as follows: - more than 8 weeks before booking commences your deposit will be forfeited. - less than 8 weeks before booking commences you will be liable to pay the full rental.

Adverse Travel Conditions

Travel to the island can occasionally be disrupted due to bad weather. Where there are ferry/plane disruptions due to weather conditions, technical fault/breakdown or any form of industrial action, the proprietor cannot be held responsible for non-arrival at Creagan and no refunds will be given.

Protect Your Holiday

To minimise the cost and inconvenience of cancelled bookings we strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance.

Vehicles/Personal Property

Vehicles, accessories and contents are left at their owner’s risk. The proprietor will not be held responsible for any loss or damage or any injury to persons not caused through the fault of the proprietor.
